The type of service that we provides varies based on each customer's needs. Generally, we give a basic idea by providing three broad service categories: Day-of, partial and full service.
Day-of service Day-of" is a misnomer for a service that actually begins about one month prior to the wedding. In this scenario, the couple plans the wedding themselves, then one month prior to the big day, they hire us to help finalize details, confirm vendors and oversee all day-of activities. Here is basic pricing for day-of services: $1,500.00
Partial service: In this scenario, we will work in partnership with the couple, helping secure vendors, create a timeline and ensure day-of execution. Also includes a free wedding planner binder. Here is a basic pricing for partial services: $3,000.00
Full service** ** Full-service wedding planning means we will handle all the details from working on design, securing rentals, a venue and vendors and also handles complete execution of the event. Also includes no time limit on the hours we work with you and for your event. We do not put a time limit on your special day. We also include a wedding planner binder, a wedding photo album that will have photos that were acquired during the wedding planning process. We will also offer to make your bouquets and bootineers, as well as decorate set up and tear down. We will discuss this all in detail with you at your free consultation. Here are pricing basics: $6,000.00
Consulting: By the hour consultations generally cost $75–$135. We offer a free consultation, generally up to 2-3 hours. In that time we try to help you decide if you want to hire full service or what would work best for you. Again our pricing here is just to give you an idea. Our prices vary as some people want some things and others they dont want so we adjust our pricing based on what we are doing. If you decide you would like to hire us as a consultant only we generally do them differently then others. We charge $500.00 which includes 3 consultations with a time frame of up to 6 hours each time. We include the wedding planner binder in this package as well to help you stay on a timeline and to keep things organized. So that is 18 hours for $500.00.
